Our Traditional adult classes are populated by people who came to class with a broad spectrum of reasons and goals. Parents of youth students looking to engage their children in a family activity the can grow in, adults who trained when they were youths before the busy-ness of life took over and now in the 30's, 40's and 50's are returning to their training; Those that always wanted to train but just never had the opportunity.
The personal goals are just that - personal to each of them, but range from general fitness, to a drive to have the ability to protect themselves and their loved ones, or simply a childlike curiousity to explore the wonders that the martial arts hold for all of us.
We at Apex understand the demands on everyone's schedules and we've created a variable time schedule if an effort to provide our adult students with at least 2 classes each that can fit their individual needs. Additionally, there is a natural cameraderie that exists between the students that fosters a supportive and encouraging environment between all the students.
