Since 2003 Apex has served the North Charlotte area building a reputation on its family atmosphere and quality of instruction for adults and kids, in the karate, jujitsu, arnis and other martial arts.

Apex began in the community center of Highland Creek and quickly grew until the dojo had to be moved its current 5000 square foot fully matted location near the Northlake Mall in North Charlotte.

We Hold classes for children starting as young as 3 years old in our Lil' Warriorz program all the way up to adult classes. Our classes are primarily traditional programs, but we feature speciality classes in modern combative tactics, fitness, and leadership programs.

Master HC Butch McLaughlin leads a team of superlative black belt instructors but the real success belongs to the students.
